Bella Casa is the first of what I hope will be many posts about fabulous area communities. Its a special place to start this series as its the neighborhood I have chosen to raise my family and call home.
Bella Casa is located in the heart of Apex and recently named the #1 place to live in the United States. Located just off several major highways— 64, 540, and 55 — Bella Casa is situated conveniently to downtown Raleigh/Durham/RTP/RDU. It’s also a short walk to the Apex Nature Park and newly constructed Apex Friendship High School.
Bella Casa currently has homes ranging in size from 2000 sq ft to 8000 sq ft. The builders range from National (Lennar, Ryan, Pulte) to Regional (Royal Oaks), to area custom builders (JVI, L&L, Walker Design Build, and more). Prices range from Mid $200K’s for the townhomes and upwards of $1,000,000 estate homes in the custom builder sections and everything in between.
As mentioned previously, we are steps from the Apex Nature Park that features a 9-hole disc golf course, numerous walking trails, two dog parks, and an amphitheater that plays hosts to kids movie nights and summer concerts. Also, Bella Casa is minutes to the new Seymour Athletic Fields and tennis courts. Bella Casa also offers a ton of amenities within the neighborhood like three swimming pools, tennis courts, and two tot lots.
Bella Casa also provides amazing opportunities to meet and interact with your neighbors. The HOA sponsors seasonal festivals, pool parties, cookies with Santa, easter egg hunts, cornhole tournaments, casino nights, ice cream bike parades and so much more.
Homeowners in Bella Casa can enjoy top school assignments, a short drive to downtown apex, Beaver Creek shopping center, Costco and the new Publix opening in Spring 2017.
Whether it be the stunning homes, the fabulous schools, the proximity to the areas best shopping, and dining, or countless other amazing other things, Bella Casa is more than an area neighborhood — it’s home.
